what do emergence and pentecostalism have to learn from one another?

there's some great conversation happening in the comments on tony jones' blog where he threw out the question what do emergence and pentecostalism have to learn from one another?. in the 2/3rds world the emerging conversation is filled with charismatics and pentecostals, so it is refreshing to see this subject being addressed in the west. also, something i discovered awhile ago by an ec blogger is pentecostalism's nonviolent roots. who knew that the pentecostals started out as pacifists? while i am still not sure if i am a pacifist i do lean that way about 90% of the time. i just reserve that last 10% to kick someone's butt if i need to. ;)
